Just wanted to pass along information that GM has topped off GM cards good through the end of the month February (2/29/12). This offer is good for SELECT GM card members toward the purchase or lease of an eligible new 2011-2012 Buick, Cadillac, CHEVROLET, and GMC vehicle.
Here are the offers:
Top Off to $2,000 or $3,000 to Select GM card and GM Flexible Earnings Card Members
$750 in Bonus earnings to GM Extended Family Card Members
$1,000 in Bonus earnings to Select GM Business Card Members
$1,250 in Bonus earnings to Select GM card Members
$500 in Bonus to Select Blue/Gold GM card Members
For complete details of the program, contact me at 765-457-8333.
There is additional money out there on a new car, just don't miss out on it!
Thanks for reading,
Mark H.
We want to lease a Buick Lacrosse? If we have the GM extended family card will we get $750 more off of the price?
ReplyDeleteThe GM Extended Family Card does work with GM Employee pricing. Your top-off card mailer should have somewhere on their that says if it works on leasing. If it doesn't, you can call your local Buick Dealer and ask them. But looking at a equivalent Chevrolet, the Impala does allow top off card incentives on leasing.
ReplyDeleteHi, I'm interested in buying the Chevrolet Colorado 2LT crew cab 4wd. I have the GM Card. I can only go ahead with the purchase if the GM Card gives me a big bonus - say maybe $2,000 on top of current earnings. Is there a way to get GM Card to give me a bonus offer? I haven't got one yet this year.

Unfortunately Jason, there is no way to tell your GM card to give you a bonus offer. I wish there was. But on the good news, GM comes out probably 2-4 times a year, where they will top off your GM Card for you. As of right now, that option is not available, but hopefully soon.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Mark,
DeleteI guess I'll just have to be patient...

Mark,
DeleteI've always heard that it's best to keep secret the fact that you have the GM Card, and not tell the dealer that you have it until you have negotiated the best price. Is that true, or does that not make a difference?
I've been talking to the local dealer about getting the 2012 LT 2 Colorado, and I'm very pleased with the numbers he has quoted. But I can't buy until I get a bonus from GM Card. Can I tell my dealer that, or will that throw everything off?

Jason,
ReplyDeleteIt makes no difference to the dealer either way. So if you wish to wait till negotiations to be over, then that works too. It won't cause grief to the dealer.
